We even mentor mediators through launching and managing their mediation practice.

Starting a mediation practice is generally a very daunting undertaking - even for attorneys with established law practices. Not knowing where to start or the steps to take when transitioning careers can be all but impossible to overcome without guidance. That's why he offers mediator mentoring. In Clay's words, "I had to figure it all out by myself, but it doesn't have to be that way for everyone else." He offers a six-week mediator mentoring program to cohorts of six, five times each year.
